Before the Covid-19 pandemic we were concerned about global skills shortages, rapid technological advancement, shifting political landscapes, the changing attitudes of young people and the effects of newly emerging economies. The list of challenges keeps growing, nothing is bigger than the challenge of hiring, managing and maximising the potential in a distributed workforce.
